Returns Exclusions
The following type of Rebecca Andrews Bridal products may not be returned under the policy:
1. Bespoke, customised or personalised goods – which means pieces that have been changed/amended/adjusted in style, colour, or fit from the standard style offered on our website or made specifically to a design created for you.
Damaged Items
As a part of our business and due to the delicate nature of the products that Rebecca Andrews Bridal produces, we take great care in handling each piece with great attention and care prior to shipping out to our clients. All Rebecca Andrews Bridal products are checked and carefully hand packaged by the team so it is extremely unlikely any bridal veil pieces will ever leave the studio damaged – however, occasionally the delivery service will handle a package roughly and the contents may become damaged in transit.
When this happens, we will happily replace the item for you and cover the re-delivery costs ourselves. We will not refund or exchange damaged items, we only replace them with the same item (like for like).
If you believe your products are damaged please notify Rebecca Andrews Bridal immediately upon receipt and we will do our utmost to rectify the problem as speedily as possible.
Refunds
Rebecca Andrews Bridal will happily provide a refund to you within 14 days once the item(s) have reached us safely. We will notify you by email once a return has been received.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase, we do not hold any bank details used for the purchase and refunds will be handled securely by our third-party provider – we can only refund the original purchaser by the original method without exception.
We recommend providing us with the tracking details for your return to ensure we can monitor its location during transit.
Bespoke Design Service
Rebecca Andrews Bridal offers an individual, bespoke veil design service where we work with our clients in developing their dream veil.
Due to the nature of the hand made bespoke veil service and the design & production process involved the lead time for these products is 10-12 weeks dependant of complexity of design and the amount of work that goes into the production of bespoke veils.
Please see our bespoke veil page for details.
Rebecca Andrews Bridal reserves the right to amend the pricing of quotes after 30 days to compensate for fluctuating material costs over a prolonged bespoke design and production period.
Bespoke Cancellation Policy
Bespoke or customised product orders cannot be changed or cancelled once a client’s initial deposit has been paid.
This is a client’s agreement and commitment to the order. The client must agree to the T&C’s prior to placing an order for any bespoke product.
The deposit will not be refunded if a client chooses to cancel an order once it has been confirmed and production is underway.
Payment Terms
Rebecca Andrews Bridal require a 50% deposit for bespoke items as confirmation of a clients order before production can begin. At this point, a client will be committed to the purchase of the item. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% will then need to be paid in full before shipping of the order.
All bespoke veil products will be managed through a secure payment system away from the website. When payment is required Rebecca Andrews Bridal will contact clients and give further instruction around delivery costs and bespoke veil care and management.
All goods remain the property of Rebecca Andrews Bridal until paid for in full.
Liability
Rebecca Andrews Bridal will not be liable to any client in respect of any losses arising out of any event or series of events beyond our reasonable control.
Rebecca Andrews Bridal will not be liable to any client in respect of any business losses, such as loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
Products & Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that details of Rebecca Andrews Bridal products and prices are correct. Rebecca Andrews Bridal do however reserve the right to (i) change prices if necessary and without prior notice (ii) to offer an alternative of the same quality and value, if for any reason an item is no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control. In this unlikely event, we will of course notify you immediately. Should we be unable to fulfil your order or part of it, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver those goods in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.
